As a TD Bank employee, you can use the fitness facility at our West Falmouth Crossing location — for FREE! But, before you do, you need to register for a free orientation session with Certified Personal Trainer, Liz Bradford. Space is limited. Please register for one of the following sessions with Front Desk Security.

YOGA-LATES
A fusion workout combining Yoga postures and Pilates. Focus on energizing breath work, strength building movements and relaxation techniques. Start your day balanced and energized.

Time: 6:45 am – 7:30 am
Fee:$75 for five classes

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training is available for individuals or small groups on-site at the West Falmouth Fitness Facility. $70 per hour
