Join local fitness expert, Liz Bradford from ENERJOY, for a fabulous cardio/strength class that meets all your fitness needs.
This 45-minute class meets two times aweek after work. Join us Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:45 pm - 5:30 pm.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. You must be a current member of the West Falmouth Crossing Fitness Facility to participate.

* Classes are eligible for 50% reimbursement through the TD Banknorth Wellness Reimbursement Benefits Program. To qualify for reimbursement you must register prior to the first class and have 85% attendance. Refer to the Wellness Brochure on the BNGweb. Classes are held at the West Falmouth Fitness Facility at 70 Gray Road, Falmouth, Maine and conducted by ACE Elite Certified Personal Trainer, Liz Bradford, owner of ENERJOY Health/Fitness Programs Inc. with over 20 years experience. She will guide you through gentle or more aggressive exercises depending on your ability.
